Policies

Usually the buyers pay at the moment of order. 
It's also possible to pay after placing the order any time before the item is dispatched. In this case we can't garantee the fixed price.

Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled up until we have shipped them out. After we have shipped them, you may return the items for a full refund, however you will be responsible for all shipping costs, comissions and taxes.

It's the buyer's responsibility to clarify the customs duties or taxes of his/her country before purchase.

 

Returns & exchanges

Returns: we offer full refunds within 14 days of the time you received your order. Items must be properly packaged and we will issue a refund, minus shipping costs, when we receive the returned item in good condition. 

If your order is lost or damaged - money return or replacing are both possible on your choice.
If it is damaged in the mail, contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and  we will replace all broken parts.
The order is considered to be lost after 5 monthes time after date of dispatch.

If a package has come back to us because it wasn't received by the buyer, it's the buyer's responsibility to pay for the repeated shipping. Money return is also possible exclusive the full amount of shipping costs.

Custom Orders: Personalized items (such as those with a name or message) are non-refundable.

Usually it takes about 1-2 weeks to ship a package to Europe or States by DHL Express.
